Refund & Cancellation Policy / 退款与取消政策
ClearShip paid plans are normally billed through Shopify Billing. This page explains cancellation, refund review, and custom-service billing.
1. Cancellation / 取消订阅
You can cancel a Shopify-billed ClearShip subscription through Shopify according to Shopify's app billing flow. After cancellation, paid features may remain available until the end of the current billing period, unless Shopify or ClearShip indicates otherwise.
你可以通过 Shopify 的应用订阅流程取消 ClearShip 订阅。取消后,已付费周期内的功能是否继续可用,以 Shopify 和 ClearShip 当前状态为准。
2. Refund requests / 退款申请
If you believe you were charged in error or could not use the paid service because of a ClearShip issue, contact us within 7 days of the charge at support@clearship.ai. We review refund requests case by case and may coordinate with Shopify where required.
如果你认为扣费错误,或由于 ClearShip 服务问题无法使用付费功能,请在扣费后 7 天内联系 support@clearship.ai。
3. Non-refundable cases / 通常不退款的情况
- The app was used to sync, generate candidates, confirm classifications, or write back Shopify data during the billing period.
- The issue was caused by incomplete or inaccurate product information provided by the merchant.
- The request is based on disagreement with candidate recommendations that were clearly marked for human review.
- The request is made after the 7-day review window, unless required by law or Shopify policy.
4. Pro and custom services / Pro 与定制服务
Pro plans, custom rules, data services, or assisted onboarding may be governed by a separate written agreement. Refund terms for those services will be stated in that agreement.
